1. Discovery & Investigation—Interview owner to fully understand corporate goals, successes/ failures. Also review accounting system and financial reporting.
2. Analysis—Identify areas of need and opportunities to best serve the owner/company. Develop a summary Service Plan for review with the owner.
3. Implement & Execute—Provide both regularly scheduled services (weekly/monthly) as well as special projects or meetings as requested.
4. Revise & Review service plan with the owner over time.
